Contract Tenor

Mandatory SGS / Intertek / CIQ at loading port. Independent verification is non-negotiable.

Payment Instruments

MT103, TT, SBLC, BG (MT760). Transition to SBLC possible after successful trial shipment.

Delivery Terms

CIF or FOB, defined per SPA. Flexible structuring based on buyer infrastructure and preference.
